Cancellation Policy
At Ignite With Neetika, we value your time and commitment, and we ask the same in return. This policy is in place to ensure scheduling remains fair and respectful for all clients.
Coaching Session Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule a coaching session up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance will be eligible for:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule the session

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are considered late cancellations and no refund will be provided.
Missed Appointments
If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be treated as a missed appointment and will not be refunded.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests submitted before the 72-hour window will be accommodated based on availability.
Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. In cases of emergencies, exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Ignite With Neetika.

Refund Policy
Discovery Call Refunds
The Discovery Call fee is refundable only if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled session.

Requests made before the 72-hour period are eligible for a full refund.

Requests made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
Coaching Program Refunds
Refund eligibility for coaching sessions and programs depends on the timing of the cancellation request.

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

Once a coaching session has been completed, refunds will not be provided.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider or financial institution

Non-Transferable Services
Purchased sessions and coaching services are non-transferable and may only be used by the original client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
